Being able to view the information of your tickets is key for our support transparency policy.
This development gives you access to view and download attachments, switch between organizations and track your ticket status.
The following features are now available:
- Switch between organizations to view tickets: Only available for users associated to more than 1 organization
- View and download attachments
- View and understand your Ticket status: Check the full article in our Knowledge base.
