Sending VCC details to inventory properties not supporting notification

Problem description: Some properties using inventory-x cannot receive VCC details.

Expected outcome: Those properties should somehow receive the VCC details so they can charge the booking.

Idea description: The properties affected by this are inventory-x ones that use no channel manager, or that use one but that doesn’t feature booking notifications. The simplest idea is to send the data by email, as it’s not a normal card but a temporary, amount limited one, done for the purpose of that specific booking. It should not require SCA or PCI compliance.

We’re going to check this with our Operations team because even if the PCI program does not include explicit information on security requirements apply to virtual credit cards, it seems that this is a topic that is currently being reviewed.
