Match Cancel step with error with the booking and remove it from TGX invoice

If a buyer is receiving an error when pushing in a cancellation they are contacting us via e-mail. In this case, TGX is still considering the booking as confirmed and invoicing for it. We would kindly ask you to consider adding an extra step to match the cancellation push which generated an error with the booking in order to remove it from the TGX invoice as the buyer clearly wants to cancel the booking.
