Fix (Cancel) : Add missing "RF" element to complete cancellation properly
Many fixes are included in this merge request:
- Sending missing “RF” element on cancel request to allow client complete cancellation correctly.
- Send only last two number of credit card to avoid booking errors
- Add element on descriptiveInfo request to get Hotel category
