We are excited to announce the latest enhancement to the VCC Plugin of Hotel-X - the ability to cancel Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs) effortlessly. This feature is designed to streamline your booking management process and provide you with even more control over your virtual credit card transactions.

What is the VCC Plugin? :thinking:
For those who may not be familiar, the VCC (Virtual Credit Card) Plugin is a powerful tool within Hotel-X that enables you, as a Buyer, to make bookings by generating virtual credit cards through any of our integrated virtual credit card suppliers. These virtual credit cards are used to pay for the booking, and they always come with clearly indicated activation and expiration dates.

What’s New: Cancel VCC Cards :new:
With our latest update, you can now cancel the VCC card associated with one booking in the cancellation step if you are going to cancel the booking. This means that if a reservation needs to be canceled for some reason, you have the flexibility to also handle the VCC cancellation associated with this booking through the VCC Plugin.
(Please check that your VCC supplier provides this functionality).

How Does It Work?
Canceling VCC cards using the VCC Plugin is simple and efficient. When you initiate a cancel request, you can now include the option to cancel the VCC card. Check here our technical documentation. :open_book:
