Problem description: What problem does your company have that you would like to tackle with your idea? Our partners that we have an agreement with via Travelgate X have internal customer ratings for each of their hotels. We cannot access that data from the API call with TravelgateX.

If we can get this data, we will be able to help our travellers select the best hotel options based on the ratings from previous travellers.

Please could your share a bit more info about your idea? If we get your point, you are a Seller and provide Client ratings in your hotel content but this info is not reaching our Buyers, is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. Our suppliers (Ratehawk, Hotelston and others) have client ratings based on reviews they have given the accommodations after staying there. We want to access the ratings via Travelgate to display on our page. The suppliers are happy to share it with us, but there is no option to do that with TravelgateX. It would be beneficial to anyone using TGX to get this access.
