Cancellation policy set by hour, instead of day

When setting cancellation policy you can only select a day, and other platforms can set up the cxl by hour.

To be able to set up cxl policy by hour

If a hotel has a cancellation policy of 6pm on the date of arrival, for example, we need to set it up as the previous day, and this leads us to be less competent.
