Please consider asking your IT team to implemented functionality to be able to access the logs which has generated the error from the alert e-mail via shortcut to the specific logs or add logs in attachment.

Your idea seems very practical and matches perfectly with our idea to combine different APPs from our marketplace. In this case it would be a combination between Alerts and Logging.
