Problem description: When the booking is made, cancellation policies are not shown in the booking response. It is shown only in Search and Quote responses.
Expected outcome: Cancellation policies to be returned in booking response.
Idea description: Cancellation policies can be cached between quote and booking requests.
Thanks for your idea/suggestion, our system only shows in Search, Quote and Booking, not in Book, because most suppliers don’t provide this information in the Book step.
MTS includes cancellation policies in Quote and Book response. We also provide a super light “free cancellation upto” in search results to avoid that full cancellation policy inclusion take up half of the search response and only increase everybodies cloud expense, because no end-customer is interested in cxl policies in the search results
