Problem description: I noticed that on all the searches of suppliers implemented through Travelgate, we do not receive the number of available rooms. For example, I search for Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort, 15.04.2023, 7 nights, 2 adults. We receive the SUITE room from the supplier. How do we know how many rooms of this kind are available?

Expected outcome: To receive the number of rooms available in the search response.

Idea description: We need to know how many rooms are available for each type of room.

the requested data appears in the field “units” and only appears if the supplier returns this information.

If a field is not returned from a supplier that is known to you to be returned, please open a ticket to us so that we can review it and fix it as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
