We are committed to improving our self-service platform so that you have all the tools and resources you need to make the best of your connectivity in Travegate. Our logs manager will make it easy for you to search and download XML logs from your transactions in the TravelgateX marketplace - and now, you can even download them in bulk!

What?
The functionalities available in the new Logging allows you to search and retrieve the XML logs from your connections’ transactions in operation types from the shopping flow (search, quote, book, cancel…):
- Check your transaction status at connection and access level.
- Filter by clients (Buyer) or suppliers (Seller).
- Target your search by time range and operation type.
- Download logs from all your transactions in batch or individual mode.

Nothing! Log onto TravelgateX and check out the new version of your logs manager.
