- Added Access status description for those credentials that are being activated but have failed at some point of the automatic connection process
All you have to do is to place the cursor over the status Not Working or Pending to be able to see which error has occurred. Please note the status displayed is for the sole purpose of informing about the current access status, and the activation process will continue until the access is operative on our side and it’s delivered to the Partner. However, the description may help you to understand the issue detected and maybe to speed up a possible correction.
