Added RatePlanType attribute at node RatePlan in HotelRatePlanInventoryNotif request. The possible values are “0” - No selected, “11” - Package, “10” - Negotiated. If the attribute is not present and it is a base rate, the value will be “0”, if it is a derived rate, the value will be the same as the parent rate.

Added Type attribute at node Tax in HotelRatePlanInventoryNotif request. If the value is “Inclusive” indicates that tax has to be added to the final price, on the contrary is the attribute is not present the tax is only informative.
