Fix(Hotels): Change error no result 204 to HotelNotFoundInDescriptiveInfo 302
It is to change an error code in case no hotel found in descriptive info
The 2 first commits are because I made a mistake and commit into master, but I did a commit revert and upload the change in ISMBO-50 branch
