Fix (Quote): Decompress method added to compare valuation remarks.
An error was occurring when comparing the remarks in Valuation because after compressing them in Availability they varied with respect to those entered in the ValuationRQ parameters. The Decompress method has been added to UtilRXML and two auxiliary variables (optionSelected and currentOption) have been created to store and compare the values of the remarks coming from the 2nd Availability and the ValuationRQ parameters.
