Fix (Search, Quote): calculation of the rate based on AmountBeforeTax
The price shown in the options returned by the provider and your associated rates were associated to a provider field where it included the total amount including the rates, with this change we have corrected the calculation of the rates to offer the value that has to be applied regardless of the amount of the room, informing the user that the rate is not included in the final price of the option.
