Fix(Availability, Valuation, ReservationRead): Added filter to cancelationPolicies so we don't return policy in case startwindowstime is greater than checkin
This is a fix proposed by Dani Cano. It only a check in case the supplier has a StartWindowTime incorrect (greater than checkin). Example: StartWindowTime: 12/01/2023. Checkin: 09/11/2023
The case with StartWindowTime is the same day as the CheckIn is also contemplated, in this case we return cancellation policies with hoursBefore = 0
