Fix (Runtime) : Set authKey, hardCodedPolicies and AllowsDisneyTickets as supplier parameters
This change will fix the authKey, hardCodedPolicies and AllowsDisneyTickets fields on connection form as they are parameter that the client must set according supplier specs and not Travelgate. Additionally, authKey will be mandatory for live connection but optional for test.
