This release provides you access to your New Connection ticket status and activity so that you are always informed of the actual stage of the activation process.
What?
We have added the New Connection ticket information to our “Tickets” section. These “New Connection” tickets will be tagged as “X CONNECTIONS”:
Once the connection is completed the ticket will be closed and the status will be updated to “COMPLETED”.
What do I need to do?
Nothing! Just access our Tickets section and enjoy this new feature!
