Error code for price change

There are some occasions were we receive a error in Book or quote steps because of a price change in the option selected. This error can have different codes and descriptions:

  • It could be a not allowed change detected by travelgate with the “deltaPrice” tolerance set.
  • It could be some price change error coming from the supplier.
    As a consequence of this we are not able to identify these errors.

It would be great if we could receive a unique error code when the reason of a failure response is due to a price change so we can properly identify them by the code and not having to look at the description.

Thank you for your comment. We certainly think it is an interesting suggestion and we will evaluate it together with the integration department to see if we can “unify” this type of single error but in different ways communicated by the Suppliers.
