Client identification on the reservation received in the e.mail box

Hi there,
Will be great to be able to know to which client (agency/TO) belongs a reservation received in our mails box. For example : Agency A and Agency B are doing some reservation in our hotels selection through TravelgateX. When we receive a reservation alerte (with reservation detail) in our e.mail box, will be great to know if this is coming from Agency A or Agency B. I know we can check that in the TravelgateX system but are on the system (and don’t alway the time) to go on the system to check all the information.
